New York Fashion Week kicks off tomorrow, and among the most anticipated Spring/Summer 2011 shows are several talented emerging designers.
Launching her début collection under the name Miha is Parsons graduate Youngmi Ha, who has had many years of experience in the fashion industry, which from the looks of this collection has paid off. In a line that blends haute-couture with wearability, the pieces in this collection include cocktail dresses, silky shorts, blazers and tops that fall just right. All immaculately designed and constructed using beautiful fabrics, gorgeous beading, and intricate patterns, the pieces feature drapes and structured bodices perfect for day and night looks. I am in love with this elegant but playful color palette that complements this style of the fashionable woman who is very comfortable in her own skin.
