Founder and editor Samia Kallidis launched Burrs & Berries in January 2010 as a creative outlet to catalog and share inspirational design. Burrs & Berries is dedicated to sharing and creating a cohesive connection between different areas of design including graphic design, fashion, interior decoration, art, and craft, hoping to engage and inspire readers to live and express themselves more creatively.

Samia is a graphic designer and freelancer who splits her time between Toronto and Dubai, where she grew up. Samia finds joy in running, painting, reading, dance, and basketball, as well as art and design of course. She is a graduate of the York/Sheridan joint program in Design and available for freelance projects. If you are interested in commissioning work, seeing more, or collaborating, contact Samia.
