Happy Monday & hope you’ve had a wonderful weekend! Over here it was more play than work – dancing with friends, saturday shopping trips in soho and sunday brunches, and an incredible friday night at the theater, watching the breathtaking phantom of the opera, and was completely mesmerized by the beautiful costumes, the opera, the set design, gilded embellishments and most of all, the chandeliers.

Recently renovated and on the market, this perfectly bright apartment in stockholm is a beautiful combination of magnificent crystal chandeliers and perfect herringbone, grand marble fireplaces and gilded frames, soaring ceilings and beautiful gold embellishments, and suddenly dreaming of moving in.

Often get lost in the midst of it all and forget to appreciate this wonderful place and incredible program in a beautiful city with so much inspiration, and once in a while on a sunny day I love taking walks in this lovely neighborhood, and a favorite park to spend time in, besides central park of course, is madison square park, always so charming and engaging, with a book in hand, whether reading, sketching or enjoying the crisp air.

Could not possibly dream of a more remarkably breathtaking vacation home to spend languish summer afternoons than this stunning spanish countryside villa – a rural stone house with an utterly serene cream palette, sheer textures and wooden beams, and perfectly minimalist elements completed with the loveliest details creating a rustic elegance almost only found in the mediterranean.

Lounging by the seine or traipsing about the city, sidewalk cafés at the champs élysées or browsing the shops, & the most astonishing glow reflecting from opera houses, museums and galleries lining the city in the softest glare of gold – shall never tire of the enchantment of all the magical places, the charm and glow of gilded sculptures and cobblestone streets, ornate architecture and pretty charcoal rooftops, and the most magnificent of all, the incredible romance of paris.
